Groups Advertised for

Five groups
*Individual performers may not apply
*Groups consisting of members under the age of 18 must be represented by an adult, e.g., a guardian.
*Performers will be chosen in a draw if many applications are received

– The piano, amps and microphones will be provided by the organizer. Other instruments and equipment are to be prepared by the performers and brought to the venue.
– Japanese drums may not be used due to the structure of the facility
– As a measure against infection, the number of performers per group shall be limited to 2 to 10
– Performances must be kept to within 10 minutes (including time to walk onto and off the stage)
– Dancers not accompanied by live music are asked to submit audio data (e.g., CDs) in advance at the explanatory meeting

Application Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following conditions:
(1) The representative must reside in the Tamagawa area
(Higashi Tamagawa 1 – 2 chome, Okusawa 1 – 8 chome, Tamagawa Den-en Chofu 1 – 2 chome, Tamazutsumi 1 – 2 chome, Oyamadai 1 – 3 chome, Todoroki 1 – 8 chome, Kaminoge 1 – 4 chome, Nakamachi 1 – 5 chome, Noge 1 – 3 chome, Kamiyoga 1 – 6 chome, Tamagawadai 1 – 2 chome, Yoga 1 – 4 chome, Tamagawa 1 – 4 chome, Seta 1 – 5 chome, Komazawa 3 – 5 chome, Shinmachi 1 – 3 chome, Fukasawa 1 – 8 chome, Sakurashinmachi 1 – 2 chome)

(2) The representative must be able to attend the prior explanatory meeting for performers outlined below

(3) Applicants must cooperate in implementing the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19
– Taking of body temperature readings, disinfecting of hands, and wearing of masks while not performing (singing groups may be asked to wear masks even during performances)
– Maintaining of social distancing on stage and in the dressing room

*Performers will check the stage to confirm how they will use it, set it up, etc., for the event. Representatives will be notified of the details after being chosen.
