No. 9 performed for the first time in seven years by the Setagaya Philharmonic Orchestra and Setagaya Citizens Chorus with the master conductor, Tadaaki Otaka .
Both groups have made steady progress upon overcoming last-minute cancellations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and now they will perform a triumphant concert of joy filled with a sense of liberation.
